And1 Academy is led by Austin and Bethany Schultz, a dedicated team passionate about youth basketball and personal development. Austin has been coaching with And1 Academy for six years, bringing his broad experience working with youth both in competitive and recreational settings. Bethany, a CSUSM graduate in Child and Adolescent Development, is skilled in connecting with campers and tailoring her coaching to meet each individual’s needs.

Austin and Bethany are dedicated to fostering a fun, inclusive environment where campers can enjoy the game, improve their skills, grow as teammates, and discover a lifelong love for basketball. We believe in helping each camper unlock their potential both on and off the court, developing not only athletic ability but also teamwork, resilience, and confidence.

And1 Academy offers several camps throughout the year which usually coincide with breaks in local school districts. The format usually follows as such: one over Spring break, two to four over Summer break, and one during Winter break. See our upcoming Camp dates.

Absolutely! And1 Academy is committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment that will be great for all campers, no matter their skill level. We continually work with our players to maximize their time on the court by providing skill-based instruction and coaching while providing opportunities for all players to grow and succeed.
